a regional focus on power sector development in Africa generally and
West Africa specifically.

Integration - Power Pool is
really driving
the development dollars in this sector. Ms. Vaughan researched,
evolved, and finalized the
West Africa Strategic Power
Plan (WAPP): 2006 through 2011.
Actual maps and photographs of this comprehensive power planning,
construction, generation, and distribution
system will be shared.
The second segment will focus upon identifying the funding sources and
structures will be covered.
The Courtney Vaughan Group (GulfLady)
is advising private investors on developments and project opportunities
to keep up with the changes in this rapidly evolving market. The firm

to this comprehensive program including other infrastructure projects
