Berni works as TV Program Manager since January 2010. He finished his master studies in applied business administration in Austria and is now working as logistics manager with International Relief & Development (IRD) in Washington, DC. Berni is responsible for the management of the The EmeraldPlanet TV Show.

Matthijs Maruanaya



A Dutch native and recent graduate of a Master's degree in Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, Spain, Matthijs is new in the Washington, D.C. area and mainly works on The EmeraldPlanet website. He is responsible for helping create stylistic changes, adding new content weekly, as well as assisting in the production of The EmeraldPlanet weekly international television programs as our eMarketing Manager.

Rachel Mims 

 

                            

 

Rachel is a student from Austin College in Sherman, TX. She works on updating The EmeraldPlanet website, as well as other social networks for The EmeraldPlanet, such as Facebook, Meetup, Taking it Global, Flickr, etc.

Jose R. Munoz

 

 

José holds a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Strayer University. In addition, he holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance from California State University, Fullerton, California.  

He is currently serving as a contract management specialist with the United States government.  

José is a member of the EmeraldPlanet as a Research Associate for Mexico and Latin America.

Rachael Stifle



Rachael works as an Intern with the EmeraldPlanet in Washington, D.C. USA. Her position is an eMarketing Assistant focused upon the many government agencies, businesses, non-profits, media outlets, and educational instititions which are part of the EmeraldPlanet outreach efforts.  She will also be involved in The EmeraldPlanet weekly global television broadcasts. She is currently a senior at The University of Phoenix, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Non-Profit Studies.
