Program Summary:

The challenges of nation building faces the leaders and citizens of South America and Africa.  The ill affects of climate change brings increased burdens upon all emerging economies.  Such burdens sap investments in infrastructure, public health, education, clean water, and civil society organizations.  Implementation of strategies to foster sustainable environmental and economic development is a path towards better quality of life for all citizens in both developing and developed economies.  Watch tomorrow night's The EmeraldPlanet program as three experts of Latin America and Africa discuss the challenges their citizens face along with examples of "best practices" which are helping address, possibly reverse, the impact of violent climate change.

As you may know EmeraldPlanet is a worldwide non-profit organization dedicated to identifying at least 1,000 'best practices' for sustainable environmental and economic development.  Our efforts are to link those having such "best practices" with those needing the technologies, processes, services, and products to be outstanding ecological stewards of their resources.

Please support The Emerald Planet Television and The Emerald Trek through your generous donations of US$25, US$50, or US$100. Click the donations button to make your contributions now!
