Through The EmeraldPlanet TV-Shows we are broadcasting and distributing via Channel 10 TV in Fairfax, Virginia. We are now being simulcast to over 50 stations around the country with that number expected to reach at least 105 stations in all major American markets by the end of March, 2010. Once the international Trek starts we will broadcast the identified 1,000 "best practices" from the 143 nations and 750 cities by daily Internet TV, main stream media outlets including Discovery Communications (Geo) and National Geographic Television, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and all manners of print media.

Channel 10 is Fairfax County’s flagship channel which airs programming indicative of the diverse life-styles and interests of the Washington area. Channel 10 airs approximately 74 hours of new programming every month in 14 major languages. The programs are produced by and for the people of the region with national-wide distribution to 532 member stations around the country and overseas by the Internet.

Many Channel 10 programs are produced in the FPA facilities. Others are recorded on location, produced at other access stations, or produced
on-site anywhere on the planet and distributed by streaming video through the Internet. Among the total distribution over a six weeks period the show has the potential audience of an estimated 1.5 billion viewers. The show is archived and can be accessed for cable, satellite, and major broadcast television stations over the weeks and months ahead further expanding its potential outreach.
